Expense Claim Form 

Available in Adobe PDF or Zip Excel format.

Use this form to record any expenses you incur when doing your job. Send the completed form to us with copies of your receipts and we'll process it without delay. Claiming expenses will reduce the amount of Income Tax and National Insurance you pay.

Mileage Log

Available in Adobe PDF or Zip Excel format.

Use this form to record any business miles you travel. You can then enter your total mileage on to your expense claim form, claim the mileage at the relevant rate (see expense notes) and send to us for processing.

These guidelines offer information on what you can claim and how. If you are unsure if a cost you incur will be allowable, just enter the amount on to your expense claim form and submit in the usual way, our payroll team will review each expense claim and raise any queries with you if necessary. You can also view our expenses page for a brief overview of allowable costs.

Rechargeable Expense Claim Form

Available in Adobe PDF or Zip Excel format.

If you have an agreement with your agency and are able to invoice for your expenses to cover your costs in full, your agency will usually provide you with their expense claim forms. If however your agency does not have a form for you to use, you can use this form. Remember! If your agency agrees to pay your expenses, you must also complete our expense claim form (above) as an employee of our umbrella company. This will ensure that we can review the expenses under HMRC guidelines and pay only allowable amounts to you tax free, to avoid you being hit with a tax bill at a later date. 

Form P46 - Taking on a New Employee

Available in Adobe PDF format

Use this form if you have just joined us and do not have a P45 from a previous employer. This will help us to get your income tax deductions correct and inform HMRC of your new employment.
