We will raise invoices to your clients promptly and accurately from the timesheets you provide.

Credit control
We will efficiently and courteously remind your clients of overdue payments.

Expenses
We will review your expense claims to ensure they comply with tax regulations and allow these against tax when computing your payments.

Payments
We will analyse payments received from your clients, deduct tax, NI and any other necessary deductions before remitting your net pay electronically to your personal bank account.

Accounts
We will prepare and submit accounts, VAT returns, PAYE returns, CIS returns and Companies House forms.

HMRC liaison
We willl handle all employer dealings with HM Revenue & Customs.

Administration
We will provide an experienced and knowledgeable point of contact for your clients to deal with all invoicing, payment and contract requirements.

Registration

Will will ensure that HM Revenue & Customs are aware of your employment and forward all starter/leaver details promptly.

We will issue a comprehensive employment contract to you upon joining our umbrella company.

Contracts

We will liaise with your clients concerning your contracts and ensure that the appropriate documents are signed and returned without delay to ensure that your payments are processed on time, every time.
