When should I use your International Umbrella Company Solution for Norway and how does it work?

If you have a contract that requires you to perform your services in Norway and bill via a limited company, our umbrella company is the perfect choice. We handle everything including registration with the Norwegian tax authorities, contracts, invoicing, payment calculations and payment of Tax and Social Security in Norway.

You will become an employee of our umbrella company and receive payments in the form of salary and allowable expenses.

Tax and Social Security will be calculated at the rates applicable in Norway and paid to the Norwegian tax authorities.

We will prepare and submit accounts, VAT returns, company tax returns and Companies House forms.

Tax authority liaison
We willl handle all employer dealings with the authorities in Norway.

Administration
We will provide an experienced and knowledgeable point of contact for your clients to deal with all invoicing, payment and contract requirements.

Registration

We will ensure that the Norwegian authorities are aware of your employment and forward all starter/leaver details promptly.

Tax and Social Security payments
We will ensure that payment of Tax and Social Security are remitted accurately and effeciently to the authorities in Norway.

Contracts

We will liaise with your clients concerning your contracts and ensure that the appropriate documents are signed and returned without delay to ensure that your payments are processed on time, every time.
