Expense Claim Form

Use this form to record any expenses you incur when doing your job. Send the completed form to us with copies of your receipts and we'll process it without delay. Claiming expenses will reduce the amount of Income Tax and National Insurance you pay.
Following feedback from our clients, we've made some changes to our expense claim forms to make them even easier to complete! You can now complete just one form to claim expenses against your income tax and agreed expenses to be invoiced to your agency or client. There are also some useful examples on each form to help you when entering your claim(s).
Form P46 - Taking on a New Employee

Use this form if you have just joined us and do not have a P45 from a previous employer. This will help us to get your income tax deductions correct and inform HMRC of your new employment.
