Importantly, as a business we are completely independent of any other recruitment business or outside interest, our purpose is to provide and maintain a fair and honest talent marketplace that delivers.
The way the system works is set out in extreme summary below! Employers post their staffing requirement along with a fixed fee they are willing to pay a recruiter to secure the right talent into their business.
1) The platform then immediately informs the most suitable recruiters who then bid for the engagement.
2) The employer chooses who is best to engage with by reviewing the recruiter’s bid which includes the following detail; a “why me” statement, an “about me” statement, their “YouRate” recruiter rating (a rating from other employers within the marketplace) and their overall performance footprint from within the marketplace – additionally they can even bid lower than the submitted fee to really capture competitive advantage.
3) When engaged a recruiter will work to fill the staffing requirement and can open up direct communications with the client. The whole process is managed from our intuitive platform from candidate submission right through to placement and billing.
